Short presentation
BSc in Biology 1990, MSc in Systematic Botany 1992, and PhD in Systematic Botany in 1996, all at Uppsala University. Postdoctoral studies at Trinity College Dublin and SLU 1997-1998. Senior lecturer in Pharmacognosy 1999, Docent 2006, and appointed Professor in Pharmacognosy 2011.
Vice-Dean for Research Training - Scientific Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy from 2017.
Awarded NFR Popular Science Prize 1998, and UU Best Teacher Award 2015. Fellow of The Linnean Society of London (FLS) since 1999.
