· Doctor degree in Human Geography at the Department of Social & Economic Geography, Uppsala University, 1997, with the doctoral dissertation: Stadens rasifiering. Etnisk boendesegregation i folkhemmet. (Racialization of the City. Ethnic Residential Segregation in the Swedish Folkhem).
