Professor at Department of Ecology and Genetics, Erken Laboratory
I am director of the Norr Malma limnological field station with the Erken Laboratory since 1978. It includes responsibility for all activities at the field station. My position ends on March 31 2016. I am also a professor of limnology and my main research area is nutrient cycling in lakes including the exchange processes between lake sediment and water phase. In recent years, climate effects on lakes have been in focus. I will continue as professor emeritus.
