Håkan Aldskogius

Short presentation

My research has focused on responses of neurons and associated glial cells, in particular microglia, to peripheral nerve or dorsal root injury. My current research aims at restoring function in the injured spinal cord, using novel approaches to optimize survival and functional differentiation of stem cell transplants.
