Sebastian Barg

Short presentation

My research group studies the cell biology of insulin secretion using advanced light microscopy (TIRF, single molecule imaging) and patch clamp electrophysiology; a particular focus is on the regulated exocytosis of secretory granules. I teach cell biology and general endocrinology.
