Short presentation
I am an archaeologist who specialises in palaeoecology and landscape archaeology. I work with interdisciplinary methods and proxies, mainly pollen, seeds, spatial data, and archaeological data, often in the framework of historical ecology. I have mainly focused on the Boreal Forest of Scandinavia but recently also started to work with a maritime perspective.

I started studying archaeology at Uppsala University in 2016 and received my master's degree in 2021. During my education, I focused on landscape archaeology, with a special emphasis on palaeoecological methodology.
Today I am working in the Academy of Finland project Survivals of Ragnarök (no. 332396, led by Kristin Ilves at Helsinki University), where I perform palynological analyses on material from Åland.
