Short presentation
Sara Daub is a visiting PhD researcher at the Department of Peace and Conflict Research in May and June 2022. Her research stay is funded by DAAD. Sara is a PhD Candidate at the Hertie School, affiliated with the Centre for International Security.
Sara's main research interests include external sponsorship of non-state actors, conflict dynamics, and rebel governance. In her dissertation project, she analyses causes and consequences of external diaspora sponsorship.
