Short presentation
I am a PhD student interested in political and social theory and in international political economy.
My research explores the politics of the “society of owners”, that is, a societal ideal based upon widespread property-ownership. In particular, I am interested in the persisting belief that widespread property-ownership can generate a virtuous and stability-oriented citizenry, and that it can work as a deterrent against political radicalism.
