Short presentation
Interested in transplant oncology, and hepatobiliary surgical oncology. Identify surrogates for tumor biology and incorporate findings into patient selection in liver transplantation for malignancy. Develop prediction models for oncologic outcomes in HPB malignancies using machine learning algorithms. Multi-institutional and international comparisons of HPB malignancies and liver transplantation. Translational research in HPB malignancies including patient-derived xenograft models.
