Short presentation
I am a PhD student at the Division of Systems and Control. In my research, I investigate ways of including prior knowledge into machine learning models. The aim is to improve model performance in scientific applications.

Biography
Philipp Pilar is a PhD Student at the Division of Systems and Control, Department of Information Technology, Uppsala University. His research interests lie in physics-informed machine learning and the application of machine learning methods in the natural sciences. Philipp received his MSc degree in Technical Physics in 2019, from TU Wien.
