Short presentation
Since 2002 I have focused on offering individual coaching and the opportunity for developmental reflection for research staff and leaders in the role as a professional actor, inside or outside of Academia. Prior to coming to Uppsala University, I was active in similar work in the private sector, as a recruiter, manager and staff developer. My current certification levels are EMCC Master Practitioner and Supervisor, Ashridge Accredited Executive Coach and ICF PCC. MSc Coaching and Mentoring.
