Seaghan Mac an tSionnaigh
I teach Celtic Languages at Uppsala. My PhD is from Mary Immaculate College, Limerick. My research involved an investigation into the Irish dialect of Corca Dhuibhne and I graduated in 2017. Afterwards, I received a Fulbright award which allowed me to spend two semesters at the University of Notre Dame teaching Irish and learning other languages.
Previously I had spent time in Montreal, Canada, as part of my two years at Concordia University as ICUF Visiting Irish Language Scholar 2012-2014.
