Short presentation
I am a PhD candidate in Linus Sandegren's research group at the Department of Medical Biochemistry and Microbiology. My research is centered on the evolution of Klebsiella pneumoniae with a focus on biofilm formation, virulence, and antibiotic resistance. I am interested in both how K. pneumoniae evolves during clinical outbreaks and when subjected to experimental evolution, for example, grown as a biofilm.
