Short presentation
My research interest is positioned in the intersection of work, migration and organization. I am interested in how trade unions and workers organize in order to improve conditions of work, in trades that diversify due to immigration. In my research project I will explore how trade unions perceive and deal with challenges of labour organization in times of globalization and how such approaches are related to workers with migrant backgrounds.
