Michal Budryk’s research interests are centred on two major themes: entrepreneurship and international business. Within entrepreneurship, he studies corporate entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, and particularly the development of corporate internal ventures in relation to the main activity of the parent corporation. He is also interested in how entrepreneurs secure funding for their ventures, and particularly how they frame their ideas for different audiences.
Within international business he studies the strategic and organisational responses to the issues that multinational corporations encounter in the context of globalised economy. The main focus is set on the issues appearing at the emerging markets.
Michal Budryk contributes to the Master Programme in Business Administration with specialisation in Entrepreneurship at the Department of Business Studies as a course instructor. He is also involved at the Entrepreneurship Lab. Previously he has studied at Jönköping University, University of Siegen, and the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
