My research primarily concerns two overriding themes of research. The first theme concerns social differentiation in relation to the marketization of education. The second theme is orientated towards school choice and housing segregation, as well as matters of migration. Currently, I am involved in three different research projects financed by The Swedish Research Council (VR) related to the preceding themes. Furthermore, I lead the interdisciplinary research network Studies on Education, Migration and Segregation which is financed by CIRCUS – Centre for Integrated Research on Culture and Society at Uppsala University.
