Short presentation

I am a Doctoral Candidate in Tort Law at Uppsala University under the supervision of Professor Håkan Andersson. My dissertation deals with what can be called “The rights argument” in the law of torts. I mainly focus on the ongoing developments in Swedish civil law with regard to the increasing influence of the ECHR and the Swedish Constitution. During the fall of 2017, I was a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School under the supervision of Professor Duncan Kennedy.
