The Infrastructure and Operations Unit provides infrastructure, systems and services that meet the various needs of the organisation and its partners in terms of security, performance, operational reliability and cost-effectiveness pursuant to applicable policies, guidelines and frameworks. This is achieved through the unit's own resources as well as third-party suppliers.
