3.2 Uppsala University Innovation (UU Innovation)

UU Innovation's mission is to help translate research-based knowledge into new, practical solutions that create value for people and society. UU Innovation provides support in all areas relevant to developing ideas or research results into new methods, services or products that can solve current or future needs. The support is free and confidential and may include identifying intellectual assets in projects, identifying potential short- and long-term beneficiaries or customers, patents and other intellectual property protection, business development and financing.

UU Innovation’s support is open to all students, researchers and other staff at Uppsala University, as well as at our partner universities Högskolan i Gävle and Högskolan Dalarna.
