Short presentation

I have got my PhD in Evolutionary Functional Genomics under the supervision of Martin Lascoux in March 2018. In my PhD thesis, I studied genome evolution and adaptation in a tetraploid plant, Capsella bursa-pastoris.

Currently, I work as a postdoc in Erik Axelsson's group. My project aims to find signs of adaptation to different diet in various dog breeds. To that end, I primarily use bioinformation tools to analyze genomics data from the population genetic perspective.
