Kort presentation
Experienced and analytical Epidemiologist and PhD student in Epidemiology with a background in Veterinary Medicine and a passion for infectious disease dynamics. Particular interest in COVID-19 hotspot prediction, surveillance of transmission clusters, assessment of vaccination strategies, training of COVID-19 detection dogs, detection of adverse reactions to vaccines. Experience in causal inference, spatio-temporal autocorrelation, discontinuity analysis and natural language processing (NLP).
