The overall aim of my thesis is to investigate the process of monitoring and evaluation of nutrition interventions regarding patients at risk of malnutrition from dietitians´ as well as patients´ perspectives. The research will provide a basis to develop a person-centered instrument that can be used in health care and facilitate the evaluation process in malnutrition interventions.
I also teach at the Dietetics Programme and the Bachelor Programme in Foodservice and Nutrition.
