Forskning

Maria Grahn-Farley's doctoral thesis examines the development of national child right regimes in the twentieth century. It is a comparative study between US and Swedish social welfare legislation in the era of nation-state and welfare-state building. She has a practical background in child rights advocacy as a member of the National board of Swedish Save the Children. Her current research examines UN human rights regimes' transformation through regional international organizations from an international law perspective.
