Barbara Crostini

I am currently working part-time on the completion of the web-catalogue of Greek Manuscripts in Sweden (manuscripta.se), funded by Riksbankens Jubileumsfond. The project is based at Carolina Library and has been directed by Eva Nyström and Patrik Granholm. I also hold a Filéns Legat through which I pursue my research on Byzantine manuscript culture, with particular reference to the transmission of biblical commentaries and the controversial role of image is Christian cult and pedagogy.
