Short presentation

My research is in algebra and algebraic geometry, and deals with various aspects of algebraic groups and group schemes, such as exceptional groups and algebras, and Lie bialgebras related to quantum groups.

I started teaching in 2006 and have taught scientists and engineers in a wide variety of courses in mathematics in Uppsala, Gothenburg and Canada. I am a member of TUR and a pedagogical mentor.

I am a Docent since 2023 and a Distinguished University Teacher since 2022.
