Short presentation

Richard Rowan-Robinson works in the field of magnetoplasmonics. Plasmonics allows for the confinement of light on subwavelength length-scales. When combined with magnetism this can lead to novel materials whereby the interaction of light with matter can be tuned with a magnetic field. He has extensive experience in magneto-optics, nanolithography and thin film deposition.
