doctoral/PhD student at Department of Physics and Astronomy, Molecular and Condensed Matter Physics
PhD student working with Li-ion batteries at the division of molecular and condensed matter physics.
The research focus of the PhD project is key interfaces in batteries, studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Reactions occurring at these interfaces are crucial to the battery performance in terms of safety and lifetime. The aim of the research is to improve the understanding of charge-discharge mechanisms by developing the methodology towards operando XPS measurements.
