Tim is a Ph.D. student currently based at the Institute for Housing and Urban Research as a visiting doctoral researcher. His research examines historical developments in housing and finance systems in Sweden, with a view to understanding the socio-economic and institutional determinants influencing tenure choice and household debt. He commenced his Ph.D. at the University of Sussex (UK) in 2013, and is funded by the Economic and Social Research Council.
