Sebastian Andres Reyes Molina
doctoral/PhD student at Department of Philosophy, Practical Philosophy; Academic Staff
As former trial lawyer having brought litigation in several areas before the Chilean Supreme Court, Sebastián Reyes developed an interest in legal realism and evidence law: Can we make sense of non-epistemic factors in the evaluation of evidence in trials? What role does e.g. deadlines and exclusionary rules play? How do they relate to discretion? He looks at fact-finding and procedural aspects in asylum cases across the EU.
