Jag är universitetslektor i pedagogik och mina huvudsakliga forskningsområden är lärares kompetensutveckling, lärarprofessionalism och skolans styrning.
Jag leder två forskningsprojekt:
- "Att studera kompetensutvecklingens effekter genom kvasi-experimentella analyser av TIMSS och PIRLS" (2022-2025). Medverkande: Jannika Lindvall, Andreas Ryve, Jan-Eric Gustafsson och Leah Natasha Glassow.
- "Förbättrar speciallärare elevernas kunskaper?" (2024-2026). Medverkande: Maria Rasmusson.
