Short presentation

I am a second-year PhD student in practical philosophy. My thesis concerns the counterfactual analysis of badness, harm and wrongness. Counterfactual analyses are challenged by cases of redundant causation. I try to say something about this.

Biography

I am a second-year PhD student in practical philosophy. My thesis concerns the counterfactual analysis of badness, harm and wrongness. Counterfactual analyses are challenged by cases of redundant causation. I try to say something about this.

I already have a PhD in Political Science from Stockholm University (2003). My thesis concerned the compatibility of self-ownership and joint ownership. I argued that they are indeed compatible. After completing my thesis I worked there as a lecturer for three years (2003-2006). I mainly taught political theory. After that I pursued postoctoral studies for two years. One year as a STINT-fellow at EUI, Florence (2006-2007), and one year as a postoctoral fellow at Nuffield College, Oxford (2007-2008).
