3.8.1 Office of User Support and E-Learning
The Office of User Support and E-Learning supports staff and students in their use of IT and telephony. It is responsible for the central Service Desk and the Universitys Telephone Service, and manages systems in the sphere of learning (the Student Portal, learning platforms, e-meeting tools etc.) and research administration. In addition, the Office is responsible for client management, training and support related to the Universitys web publishing tools and intranet, and AV technology and IT in the teaching and classroom environment.
