Kort presentation
Prof. Suparna Sanyal is a molecular biologist and biochemist who is expert in exploring mechanisms of protein synthesis and protein folding. Sanyal is interested in solving antibiotic resistance problem in pathogenic bacteria. Sanyal lab is also investigating protein folding related diseases e.g. prion diseases and how protein folding activity of the ribosome (PFAR) influences it.
