I am an evolutionary biologist interested in bridging techniques to investigate the connection between form and function in acoustic and vibratory communication systems. I completed my PhD at the University of Lincoln (UK), studying the evolution of acoustic communication in katydids. I am now in the group of Mario Vallejo-Marin at Uppsala, where I will be investigating form and vibration mechanics of buzz pollinating bees and flowers to develop novel robotic designs.
