I am sociologist, specialized on sexualities studies. I dealt with different topics linked to sexualities and gender questions, like the sexual experiences of female genital cutting- affected women in a procedure of clitoral reconstruction, precarious sexualities of HIV-positive women in a context of migration, discrimination of young people of second generation migrants living in Switzerland.

Biografi

I am graduated at the School for Advanced Studies in Social Sciences (EHEES) in Paris where I obtained a Master in Social Policies and Public Health (2006), and a PhD in Sociology (2012). For my PhD thesis, I obtained the Price of the City of Paris for Gender Studies, the Grant Academic Society of Vaud (SAV) of the University of Lausanne and the Grant of the Swiss Association of Graduated Women of University (ASFDU). I worked on other topics (like assisted reproductive technologies in Italy) within a one-year post-doc contract in the University of Toulouse (FR). I am a member of the Research Program (ANR) called Ethopol.

Female genital mutilation/cutting, medicine and specific healthcare services addressed to women in Italy, France and Switzerland.

FEMIS - Women HIV-positive living in a migratory context (Switzerland) , vulnerability and precariousness, managing the secrecy of HIV.
