Forskning

My expertise lies within an Interdisciplinary (electrochemistry, electronics and microfluidics) microsystems based process design for sensors and actuators development that can be applied to healthcare. Expert within sensor
fabrication based on amperometric, electrokinetic, inertial and RTD (resistive
temperature detection) detection methods using process development and process integration on silicon and glass substrates. More than 10 years of working experience in the clean room with all types of deposition, etching, bonding and lithography tools. Generate ideas and ability to analyse problems analytically and numerically. Sensor modelling expertise using software tools such as Matlab and Comsol. Sensor interface expert with multiple data lines using Labview and Arduino. Sensor characterization expert using instruments such as a potentiostat, oscilloscope, function generators, probe station, surface profilometer, an ellipsometer, an optical profilometer, AFM, FIB,
and SEM. Specialised expertise in using atomic layer deposition for materials
such as Pt and Al2O3. Good knowledge in sensor packaging using wire bonding. Hands-on PCB development and electronic circuit simulation and layout tool such as LTspice. Exceptional writing (scientific) and presentation skills.
