Vivika Halapuu is a third year doctoral student at the Department of Economics. Her research interests lie primarily in the field of labor economics, more precisely in topics related to education, as well as mismatches and inequalities in the labor market. Her ongoing work focuses on (1) Swedish students track match quality, and (2) short-term effects of high school entrance. Before joining the PhD program, she worked as a PIAAC program analyst at the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research.
