My reasearch interest is to develop novel and cost effective materials for solar cell applications. During my PhD research (2013-2017), the focus spotlights on the Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 based solar cell, particularly on understanding physico-chemical phenomena behind the synthesis route, as well as CZTS surface properties that influences the later buffer/CZTS interface, and their impacts on final solar cell performance. The aim is to design better process route to improve the ultimate solar cell performance.
