Kort presentation
Docent i kostvetenskap och universitetslektor vid institutionen för kostvetenskap. Min forskning fokuseras framförallt till sensorikens betydelse för utveckling av hälsosamma matvanor hos barn. Jag undervisar även på dietistprogrammet och kostvetarprogrammet, särskilt inom sensorisk analysteknik och produktutveckling. Är programsamordnare för Kostvetarprogrammet.
